KS3 Exam Timetable Summer 2016
31st May 2016
Dear Parent /Carer
Please find attached outline details of the forthcoming internal examinations for all KS3 pupils. I would ask you to take note of these arrangements and review your son /daughter’s individual timetable with them so that they can make appropriate use of study time at home.
Detailed timetables for the examinations are available for download from the school website and your son/daughter has already received a copy of their individual timetable.
For Child Protection and Health and Safety reasons we would ask that you ensure that your child does not spend his/her free time before or after examinations in town.
Also it would be helpful if you could avoid making dental and medical appointments during the examination period.
Supervised study facilities will be available in school each day of the examination period from 9.00am - 3.30pm.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Yours sincerely
Dr M Ferris
Vice-Principal
